Lucy joined LEP in 2004 and has since adopted a variety of roles for the Practice. Qualifying as a specialist health and safety and CDM Consultant in 2007, Lucy gained a number of years experience in this role, giving her a unique insight into the fields of design and construction. She continues to advise the practice on construction health and safety topics, but decided to take a more business-based approach to her career in 2016, with the full support of the Partnership.
Assisting the Partners in the management of the practice, Lucy became the Office and Marketing Manager for the Partnership in 2016, providing organisational, administrative, marketing and HR assistance to the team whilst studying for a BA (Hons) in Business Management. In 2022, Lucy was promoted to the position of the Practice’s Business Manager, working directly alongside the Partners as part of the Senior Management Team to help develop and deliver the Partnership’s strategic plans for the future. Lucy assists in all key business areas, including finance, operations and sales, with particular responsiblities of overseeing HR and marketing for the company.
