*PROMOTION* – Lucy promoted to Business Manager

We are delighted to share the fabulous news that Lucy Donoghue has been promoted to the role of Business Manager at LEP.

Having originally joined us in 2004, Lucy has held a number of roles within the business including qualified CDM Principal Designer along with Office Manager, Marketing Manager and HR Manager.

Lucy’s 18 years with LEP give her a vast understanding of our business, our clients and the wider industry. Her role has evolved and adapted over the years culminating in the newly created role of Business Manager. Working alongside the Senior Management Team (SMT) Lucy will help to guide and inform the direction of the practice going forwards. She joins the SMT at a very exciting time as the business approaches its 50th year.
