**PROMOTION**  Elouise Mitchell becomes LEP Associate

LEP is thrilled to announce the promotion of LEP Senior Planning Consultant, Elouise Mitchell, to the position of Associate Planning Consultant – A huge, warm-hearted congratulation, Elouise!

Elouise’s approach to all aspects of her role has been extraordinary.  From her confidence client-facing front, to her work behind the scenes promoting the planning industry and advocating for women in construction, Elouise has consistently made the LEP team super-proud to call her one of our won.

In awarding her the position of Associate, LEP Planning Partner, Nathan Anthony, said:

“Since her return to LEP, Elouise has exhibited an unwavering commitment to the practice and to the planning discipline generally. She has supported and helped develop more junior staff, promoted the practice at industry events and attained her RTPI Chartered Planner status.
