#MentalHealthAwarenessWeek – LEP Step Challenge
The theme of this year’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek is ‘Nature’. Exercise and the act of being in nature can have a proven positive effect on our mental health, so we challenged our staff to explore the great outdoors, and see how many steps they could accrue at the same time.
Yesterday, 21 LEP colleagues compiled an impressive 174,526 steps – that’s around 90 miles/150km!
